I have some hard copies to show in class or at least to kyle tomorrow but from your suggestions this is what i have been working on. any thoughts or suggestions?

The bottom one is still my favorite. I like the one of the observatory you showed me but I think it is too recognizable. I think you should try pushing that one a bit further like you did with 3rd street.
